Offering custom/exempt processing for locally raised livestock cut to your specifications. We are registered and licensed with Arizona Department of Agriculture.
Cattle must be inspected by AZDA prior to slaughter. You can reach dispatch at 623-445-0281 to schedule an inspection`. Be sure to schedule inspection at least 2 weeks before slaughter date. Self inspection certificates cannot be used for custom slaughter of cattle.
Livestock hauling service is available on request. This service must be scheduled in advance and has very limited availability. Please understand that the hauling service includes a truck, livestock trailer, and a driver. You will still be responsible to have proper loading setup(small pen, accessible with truck and trailer) as well as any additional labor to help get animal loaded. The minimum charge is $150 and will go up depending on Mileage and loading time.

$145/head kill fee(up to 1200lb hanging weight)
$250/head kill fee on 1200lb hanging weight and above
$1.25/lb for Standard cutsheet/bone in(500lb min)
$1.35/lb for Non-standard/boneless(500lb min)
$1.45/lb for any carcass over 1200 lb hanging weight
$1/lb for hamburger patties(25lb min)
$20/Head to Cut/package in Quarters
*Beef will hang in cooler minimum 14 days*
Payments accepted: Cash, Zelle, Debit/Credit(3% fee)
*All products not picked up within 7 days of order ready notification will be subject to a $20/day storage fee. All products not picked up within 15 days will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
